What are my chances in getting a signed Shoto postcard?

Provided that the bundles sell out, you currently have a 15-20% chance of getting a postcard that Shoto has physically signed!

Will you restock sold out products?

Thank you so much for your interest in Shoto's merch! We try our best to keep things in stock. If items are sold out, Shoto will announce when they are back in stock.

Do you accept returns?

Currently we only accept exchanges for faulty products and sizing issues. Please contact us to get your exchange started.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Shipping is offered worldwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are no longer offering free shipping at this moment and have a flat shipping rate.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

Currently, we expect all orders to ship out towards the end of October. Products are currently in production! Once your order is shipped out, shipping times will vary based on where you live. All our orders are shipped out of US.

Domestic orders will take around 3-5 days to arrive.

Canadian orders will take up to 2 weeks depending on shipping speed.

International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on shipping speed.
